Dejkrog til hældemixer med vipbart hoved

Made my first batch of pizza dough this weekend and the hook handled it perfectly, no slipping or wobbling even with a sticky dough. It kneaded everything together in about six minutes and cleaned up way easier than I expected.

My 3.5QT mixer feels brand new again now that the hook actually grips the dough instead of slipping. It kneads a full pizza batch without me having to stop and scrape the sides, which is exactly what I needed for my weekly bread routine.

Swapped out the old hook for this one and my bread dough comes together way faster, no more flour explosions on the counter. It fits the tilt-head perfectly and handles a full batch without straining.
