The color alone makes me smile every time I pull it off the hook, and the lightweight build means even my wrist doesn’t complain. Heats up fast and cleans up with a quick wipe, which is exactly what I needed for my Tuesday omelets.

I’ve been using this skillet almost daily for eggs and grilled cheese, and the lightweight design makes it way easier to handle than my old cast iron. The 8-inch size is perfect for single servings, and it heats evenly without the arm workout.

The colors are so cheerful, it makes me want to cook breakfast first thing. It’s light enough to flip a pancake one-handed, yet it heats evenly for a perfect sear on a steak.
