Silikonireuna kaapii kulhon pohjan, jotta sekoitus on perusteellista.
The silicone edge hugs the bowl just right, so I’m not constantly scraping down the sides mid-batch. Cookie dough comes together faster than with my old metal beater, and the paddle fits snugly on the 3.5QT tilt-head without wobbling.
The silicone edge scrapes the bowl so cleanly that I’ve stopped pausing to push batter down with a spatula. It handles a full batch of cookie dough without straining the motor, and cleanup takes seconds.
I was honestly dreading swapping out the old metal paddle for this one, but the silicone edge makes creaming butter and sugar way less messy, and it folds brownie batter without me having to stop and scrape the sides with a spatula. Fits my 3.5QT tilt-head perfectly and the whole thing feels solid.
