I was skeptical about making egg bites at home, but the silicone cups make cleanup ridiculously easy, and I love that I can prep four different fillings at once for a quick weekly breakfast. Takes about ten minutes of hands-on time and the texture comes out just as fluffy as the coffee shop version.
