9"x13" 논스틱 주철 팬, 붓는 주둥이 포함

The silicone grips stay put even when the pan's full of hot roast, which is a relief. I've used it for two Sunday dinners already and cleanup is just a quick wipe thanks to the nonstick surface. The pour spout on the corner is a nice touch for draining juices.

The removable silicone grips make such a difference when pulling this pan out of the oven—no more hunting for mitts. My roast chicken came out perfectly browned and slid right onto the cutting board thanks to the nonstick surface. The pour spout even made draining the juices mess-free.

I was a bit skeptical about a rectangular cast iron pan, but the pour spout is incredibly handy for draining off excess fat after roasting chicken. The nonstick surface cleaned up in seconds with just a paper towel.
