Delish by Dash 12" Lightweight Cast Iron Skillet

I've had heavier cast iron pans that sat in the cupboard because they were a pain, but this 12-inch one is genuinely easy to handle and still sears a steak perfectly. Used it for frying and then popped it straight in the oven to bake cornbread, which worked out great.

I was honestly shocked at how easy it is to lift and flip with one hand, especially compared to my old heavy cast iron. The 12-inch surface has been perfect for searing steaks and baking cornbread, and it's become my go-to pan for almost everything.
