Leo ★★★★★

Dinner came together so fast last night — the TruPro coating really does release everything, even after searing chicken skin first. The 4.5 quart size handles a whole batch of braised short ribs without crowding, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

John V. ★★★★★

I've been using this braiser for about a month now, and the TruPro coating handles everything from searing chicken to simmering sauces without a single stuck-on mess. The 4.5 quart size is perfect for my family dinners, and cleanup takes less than a minute.

Olivia Z. ★★★★★

The TruPro coating is seriously slick—eggs slide right off with just a swipe of a paper towel, and cleanup takes under a minute. It’s heavy enough to feel solid on the stove but the deep walls hold a full batch of braised short ribs without splattering.
