6 Qt. 不沾鑄鐵荷蘭鍋

The lid doubling as a skillet is genius—I seared the meat right on top, then flipped it to braise, and cleanup took seconds thanks to the nonstick surface. My stew came out perfectly tender with zero stuck-on mess, and it’s hefty enough to hold heat evenly without being impossible to lift.

Cooked a braised short rib recipe this weekend and the heat distribution was so even, no scorching at all on the bottom. Cleanup is a breeze too—just a quick wipe with a sponge and the nonstick surface looks brand new.

I was surprised at how well the lid works as a skillet—made a quick batch of pancakes right after braising short ribs. The nonstick surface cleaned up with barely a wipe, even after the sticky glaze.
