The silicone cups pop the bites out cleanly with zero scrubbing, which is my favorite part since I make these every morning before work. Tossed in some spinach and cheddar and had four ready in about ten minutes flat.

I was skeptical about another countertop gadget, but the silicone cups make popping these out ridiculously easy—they come out perfectly intact every time. I’ve already used it four mornings this week and my protein breakfast is ready in under ten minutes.

My mornings are way less chaotic now that I can throw together four egg bites with whatever veggies I have and they pop right out of those silicone cups. The cleanup is honestly the best part, takes like two minutes.
