The sharp blades really do make a difference—my snow cones come out way fluffier than the crushed ice I used to get from the freezer. It’s loud for about a minute, but that’s a fair trade for how quick it shaves through a full tray of ice.

We’ve had it running all afternoon for a birthday party, and the ice comes out so light and powdery it actually stacks like snow. It handled a full tray of cubes without any jamming, which was my main worry.
