The PTFE nonstick coating wipes clean in seconds, which matters when I’m making these star waffles before work. Even better, the batter cooks evenly across the whole 4-inch surface, no burnt tips or soggy middles. I’ve already used it for hash-browns too, and they crisped up perfectly.
