Zakarian by Dash Safe Slice® Mandoline

The blade is razor sharp and the safety guard actually keeps my fingers clear, which is huge for someone clumsy like me. Sliced a whole bag of potatoes into even rounds in minutes without a single close call.

The Ingredient Pusher is a total game-changer — I can finally slice a whole cucumber in under a minute without ever worrying about nicking my fingers. It feels solid and the safety-first design actually works, so I’ve been using it every night for meal prep without hesitation.

I was skeptical about how well the Ingredient Pusher would work, but it genuinely keeps my fingers clear while I slice through a whole cucumber in under a minute. The blade is sharp enough for paper-thin rounds without any slipping.
