The cleanup alone is worth it—eggs slide right off the PTFE surface with just a wipe. Heat distribution is even enough that my mini-pancakes come out golden on every single spot, no rotating the pan needed.

I've made pancakes, fried eggs, and even a grilled cheese on this thing since it arrived, and cleanup is just a quick wipe thanks to the nonstick surface. The uniform heat means no burnt spots, which was always my problem with a regular pan. It's become my go-to for weekday breakfasts.

The heating is so even that every mini-pancake comes out the same golden brown, no burnt edges or raw middles. I've made eggs and grilled cheese on it too, and the nonstick means I'm just wiping it down with a paper towel when I'm done.
